Not sure if a glass balcony is feasible for your home? Send us a photo. We'll tell you what's achievable, which system would suit, and give you a budget figure — before any site visit or commitment.
A glass balcony is a projecting platform you can step out onto — it has a structural floor and a guarding balustrade around the edge. A Juliet balcony is a fixed glass barrier across a door opening with no standing space. If you want to step outside, you need a projecting balcony.
Adding a projecting balcony is a structural project — the floor needs engineering and the balustrade is rated to the commercial loading standard of 3.0kN/m. We handle the balustrade and glazing; if you're creating the structure from scratch, we can advise on build sequence and work alongside your structural contractor.
Send us a couple of photos and a description of what you have in mind. We'll come back to you with honest advice on feasibility and a rough cost — no obligation, no site visit needed at this stage.
The premium frameless option. Glass panels slot into a continuous aluminium base channel fixed to the balcony structure — with no posts, no clamps, and no visible fixings. The result is an completely uninterrupted panoramic view that makes this system the top choice for high-end residential properties and apartments.

Glass panels are supported on minimalist stainless steel spigots bolted to the balcony structure. The elevated fixing point allows surface water to drain freely beneath the glass — making spigot systems particularly popular on raised decking, roof terraces, and tiled balcony surfaces. A modern, open look with excellent weather performance.
A full stainless steel post-and-rail frame with glass infill panels. This system delivers excellent structural integrity, a strong architectural presence, and long-term durability in exposed external conditions. The defined frame adds a bold design statement — popular in commercial settings, modern apartment developments, and properties where longevity takes priority.

Send us a photo of your property and a description of what you're after. We'll advise on the right system, confirm feasibility, and give you a no-obligation budget estimate — before any site visit.
All balcony systems are available in straight, L-shape, and U-shape configurations — manufactured to your exact balcony dimensions.
StraightSingle frontal run — standard for most projecting balconies.
L-ShapeFront and one side — suits corner balconies and wrap-around terraces.
U-ShapeFront and both sides — full perimeter guarding for larger terraces.
